GENERAL POLICY OF HSE
"Aztasarrufat" LLC, as an employer, recognizes and accepts its duties and responsibilities to adequately ensure the health, safety and welfare of its employees.
"Aztasarrufat" LLC will make all possible practical efforts to protect its customers and members of society and the public who may be affected in any way during its activities.
"Aztasarrufat" LLC will take measures within its authority for the following events in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and practices:
1. To ensure and maintain the safe operation of the enterprise, plant and equipment and risk-free health,
2. In order to ensure health and safety at work, to constantly familiarize employees with the necessary information, instructions, training and rules.
3. Providing safe entry and exit points in workplaces, organizing Personal Protective Equipment,
In accordance with the mentioned clauses, "Aztasarrufat" LLC will try to prevent any accidents that may result in injury, illness and damage to property during work.

RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGEMENT
The management is responsible for Health and Safety standards in the workplaces of "Aztasarrufat" LLC.
Of course, detailed information on related duties and responsibilities is defined by the set of rules on HSE.

ATTENTION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES
"Aztasarrufat" LLC requires its employees to constantly cooperate with the management and participate in trainings in order to meet the Health and Safety standards. Any breach of the Health and Safety Policy will result in disciplinary action.
PRESENTATION OF POLICY
Copies of the HSE policy will be provided to all employees as well as each new employee and will be posted in the facilities.

REGULAR MONITORING OF HSE POLICY
The HSE policy of "Aztasarrufat" LLC is constantly reviewed, and in the event of any changes, the policy will be amended or supplemented.
